Courageous Conviction

Have you ever had to stand up for something you believe in, even when faced with opposition? In Acts 4:1-5:11, we see the early disciples boldly proclaiming the gospel despite threats and persecution. They were like Rotem bushes, providing shade and hope in the desert of spiritual opposition. Just as they were filled with courageous conviction, we are called to do the same.
Courageous conviction means standing firm in our faith, even when it's difficult. It's about being unashamed and loving, not rude or fearful. Like Peter and John, we must rely on the Holy Spirit to empower us to speak boldly for Jesus.
So, what can we do today? Identify one loving, yet risky step you can take to be a Rotem bush for Jesus in your workplace, with your family, or online. Pray for the Spirit's filling, and support others facing resistance.
Let's be a church marked by courageous conviction, transforming our city with bold faith. Will you join in this Kingdom work today? Let's step out in faith together.
